The terrace is next to the wooden chalet where the snack is located. The snack is open during high season, but not every evening.
Besides snacks they also prepare nice meals that are served on normal dinner plates with normal cutlery. So no fiddling with plastic forks that keep breaking.
The big tent
Next to the little chalet of the snack we have put a big tent (8x5 meter) to be sheltered from the sun and, very occasionally, from the rain.
The free wifi is pretty good out here since one of the antennas is on the nearby reception building.
The picnic tables
In addition to the standard tables and chairs the terrace is equipped with 5 strong picnic tables. In nice weather they are in the shade of the trees and when the sun is shining too strong we just put them in the big tent.
The playground for the little ones
Since small children can never sit still at the table for more than a few minutes we have installed their playground on the edge of the terrace. That way they stay in sight.
We offer no animation on the campsite, but since we are in France there simply has to be a boulodrome to play "jeu-de-boules". Fortunately the sound of colliding balls is supportable.
The boulodrome is only a few steps away from the terrace and very popular on summer evenings. And not just with the French.
